“Friends with India?” Bite me!!! (Water talks went Dry)

Today’s my post goes to all those hypocrites who fake to believe and act like they care about “AMAN KI ASHA” which is just another way of making a fool out of us. I’ve gotta ask you to go and lie on someone’s face who doesn’t know what a lie is. But here, we are all so fed up of your pretentious dramatization that we won’t even endure a bit of it now.

India who is trying to act like a saint and big brother in the so-called role playing of the project “AMAN KI ASHA” has betrayed Pakistan on so many fronts that even I feel ashamed of myself. They say, “Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me”. Still, besides all the cream-coated blatant and hollow lies, I wonder why isn’t it any area of interest for the critics like Hassan Nisar who seems so vigilant and deliberate in showing the “Real Faces” of influential people yet never said a single word on this issue.

The track record of India quite seems to me like a tower of dust in case of promises and social contracts with Pakistan. Just have a look on the INDUS WATER TREATY, you will know that India has not only just turned a blind eyes towards the development of Pakistan but it is also making every move possible to put hurdles in its way. In the treaty, Pakistan was assigned the western three rivers JHELUM, INDUS, and CHENAB which means India cannot make changes to these rivers, only Pakistan is allowed to do it. But India is following its famous proverb quite diligently “BAGAL MAI CHURI MOU MAI RAM RAM”.

1.     India built Baglihar dam of 450 Mega-Watt on CHENAB (completed in 2008) that dried the river so much that its signs now seem to have changed like there never was a river. India broke the rule.

2.     Furthermore, when Pakistan started NEELUM-JHELUM Project of 969 MW on river JHELUM that comes from Jammu, over there it is known as Kishanganga river. India started building its KISHANGANGA dam of about 350 MW on it behind Pakistan’s dam. Firstly, it broke the rule by making changes to Pakistan’s river. Secondly, it broke a rule by starting construction of a dam when Pakistan was already building a dam ahead.

3.    And very recently India has started constructing NIMOO BAZGO dam of 45 MW on INDUS river which is also against the IWT (Indus Water Treaty).

Not only these, but there are about 40 projects that India has started on the rivers that belong to Pakistan. It is following a planned approach to turn Pakistan into a dessert and barren land. Pakistan has taken the matter to the WORLD COURT but as always, Pakistan is and will be neglected. Because the world doesn't stand for those who don't stand for themselves.

Message from Freedom Writers: If India had wanted “AMAN” it would have not behaved like the one waging a silent water war over Pakistan. The friendship projects like “AMAN KI ASHA” doesn’t suit defaulters of social contracts.
